Singles' Group

If you are single, divorced or widowed and can't find the love you're looking for, please consider joining us in our Christian Singles Therapy Group starting this Spring. The focus of the group will revolve around the painful question that many individuals are far too ashamed to address on their own: "Why am I alone?" and the associated cycle of feelings between shame/self-contempt ("What's wrong with me?") and defensiveness/pride ("I just haven't yet found anyone who's good enough for me").

Each week through honest conversation we will attend to the various elements of one.s singleness. In this group each participant will be asked to grapple with his or her singleness as well as the personal themes surrounding this reality in their life. Style-of-relating issues will be addressed consequently, leading each participant to a deeper discovery of the various patterns they implore to create both intimacy and distance between herself/himself and others.

When:
Mondays (7:00pm-8:30pm) or Tuesdays (6:30-8:00pm), beginning March 20/21, 2012, for 10 weeks

Relationship Building Group for Men and Women

This group is designed for men and women who desire to explore, understand, and change how they relate to themselves and others. Interaction with fellow group members has the potential to reveal much about your inner landscape, as well as what happens interpersonally outside of the group--in work, family, and intimate relationships. This group provides a safe space to explore feelings, conflict, and intimacy. Space is limited to 10 participants.
